This is an awesome time to purchase property. If you have a healthy credit score, sufficient savings, and the energy to go through the process of purchasing property. By all means do it!
You do not need to spend money to find listings of bank owned properties. I have found this website to be credible, well maintained with a large database of foreclosures.

Worst Pastor List of 2010
2010 was an INTERESTING Year! Left and right was one scandal after another. Actually the whole decade, 2000-2010, was really crazy.
Preacher Bureau of Investigation, (www.pimppreacher.com), has just released their list of nominees for worst pastors of 2010. They are as followed: Bishop Eddie Long, Pastor Ed Young, Jr, Bishop Jim Swilley, Bishop Anthony Jinwright, Peter Popoff, and Reverend Jerry James.
The winner will be announced on December 31st on here
I do not agree to slander but some of the stuff that some of these men have been found guilty of is downright horrible!

Tasha Smith- Inspiration
Accomplished actress in various major films and acting coach.
This woman was not positioned for success from a young age. She positioned herself for success.
She dropped out of high school, experimented with drinking, smoking, and marijuana at a young age. In her mid-20s she chose to drastically change her life around and successfully overcame the cycle of abusing marijuana, cocaine, and drinking.
She relentlessly pursued her acting aspirations. Since her mid-20s Tasha became a successful comedian, actress, acting coach, and she is moving onward to much more accomplishments.
Love it!! Never allow your past or present situation to box you in. It is never too late to pursue your dream.

Out with the negative in with the positive- Ending Toxic Friendships
A lot of Christians believe if a friend lies, belittles, and etc to them that they should just forgive and maintain that friendship. It is often quoted, God wants us to forgive and forget. Which is true we definitely should not harbor hatred in our hearts and we should forgive but it is not wise to hold on to a friendship in which the person does the following: belittles you, makes fun of you, competes with you, breaks your trust through gossip or betrayal, drains your energy, and etc.
Why in the world will you keep someone who chooses to treat you that way in your life?
Many Christians have a distorted view of friendship.
God told us the following in regards to friendships:
1. Be picky with who you are friends with, Proverbs 13:20
2. Avoid a friend who talks too much, Provers 20:19
3. Stay away from bad company 1 Corinthians 15:33-34
4. Keep good, genuine, and nice people who love you close to you and avoid those who don't because they will lead you astray. Provers 12:26
5. 2 Timothy 3 outlines the characteristics of individuals that God tells us to stay away from.
I know toxic friendships and relationships will not follow me into 2011. Sure I continually make certain that I do not hold grudges since we are all human. But I take the person who does such things out of my circle of influence; since it is not a healthy relationship. I may reconcile with that individual in the future whenever they get whatever personal/character issue(lying, gossipping...) that they are working on in check.
Start the new year right, liberate yourself from toxicity.

Yup, her very first album, Katy Hudson, was a Christian music album.
Her first album at age 15 sold only around 200 albums. She was later signed and dropped from two record labels...fast forward to today at the age of 26 she has sold millions of records. She reached success on a GED, through much perseverance, and courage.
Girl has some Christian roots! Both of her parents are ministers.
Surprising? Not really various artists music aspirations were sparked while being active in their local church...Usher, Brandy, Jessica Simpson, just to name a few.
Well lets hope that one day she will return back to her roots. :)
